Natural Supplement with GW Maca Root Tongkat Ali and Saw Palmetto Extract for Muscle Support Stamina and Strength

I've been using this for almost a year. Has been great with helping bring energy, focus and libido back to my life. It has started to not have as strong as effect. I wonder if it's because I've been using it for so long and my body's gotten used to it.
