Nature Made Full Strength Mini Omega-3 Softgels, 60 Ct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need extra omega 3 for health reasons. These are great. They are small, only need to take one a day, burp-less, and easy to swallow. I wish I can find these but they are not in my area so back to the large gels.

Been using this product for years. Best so far regarding “burp less fishy taste.”

Capsules are Avery hard. Not soft

I try to eat foods that are a good source of Omega-3 (foods like salmon, walnuts, and spinach); however, it is not always easy to get the recommended amount. That is why I thought I would give this supplement a try. I have been taking the Nature Made Mini Omega-3 softgels for a few weeks now, and I have been pleasantly surprised that there is no fishy after taste like some fish oil supplements.
