Having pepper extract included in the formulation is a plus to aid absorption. Turmeric Curcumin is a anti-inflammatory that is part of my dailysupplement regime.

This turmeric seems to work well at a cost less than other brands. The capsule is smaller and easier to take than my old brand and at 250 in the bottle,it will last me a while.
