I have been taking this supplement for more than 5 yrs. I am now 74. So I must have been in my late 60s when I felt always sleepy and weak. Friends recommended that I get a regular shot of Vit B 12. I could not cope going to my primary doctor to just get the shot regularly. So I searched for a supplement and found Alive. I took it to my New York doctor who scrutinized the contents. He approved it . Since then, I have been taking this supplement. Once Walmart substituted my order with the gummies. I was lazy to return it. It's just sitting in the pantry unused because I compared the contents with my regular pills and saw that the gummy has insufficient contents of my requirement compared with the pills 50 .

I have been taking Alive 50 for about 3 weeks and do feel a difference. I don't feel as tired or my mood has improved. For the last few years, I have been taking a name-brand women's daily menopause vitamin. I was weary to change to a supplement that didn't specify for menopause, but I am glad I did. Alive seems to do the job even better. If you are just starting a vitamin regimen or need a change, I highly recommend it.

Walmart was the only place I could source these vitamins after checking several stores locally and online. I ordered today around 1 pm with regular shipping and expected a delivery early next week. But when my sweetie stepped outside around 7 pm, there was my deliver on the doorstep! Totally unexpected but delighted! It must have been dropped off from my local store.. Thank you Walmart!
