Nature's Way MCT Oil, Pure Source Coconut, 30 Fl Oz.

I started using this product while I was doing keto. At first I started with a spoonful in my morning coffee. That worked wonderfully. It's tasteless and odorless, and of course oily in consistency. No longer doing keto but this is still a staple in my diet. Some days I'll add it to my coffee and some nights I may add it to my protein shakes as it helps burn fat while I sleep This has helped my energy levels in the morning and has done wonders with my digestion and inflammation.

It does not clump up like the coconut oil in smoothies. I tried for the week but maybe my stomach just didn't sir well with it because I felt bloated, full yes. It left me feeling uncomfortable so maybe start smaller doses when starting.

It does leave a little bit of an oily residue on your lips, but not in a bad way. The package did not leak and it is a great sized bottle.

On a positive note, this does not have a residue or oily mouthfeel when using it. I add it to my iced coffee each morning and I don't even notice it. Some of the benefits of MXT oil are said to be lowering calories, reduction of belly fat, and good energy source. I am already on a weight loss plan & have lost weight but I can't confirm if this has an effect. But I plan to continue using the product.
