Nature’s Way Riboflavin Vitamin B2, 100 mg, 100 ct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do think this product gave more natural energy than an energy drink which is way better for me! It feels healthier and I don't have the drag at the end. It's more cost effective and convenient so I don't have to stop at the store. The only downside to this product is too much vitamin B can cause certain changes; as well as causing shakes in the hands but not for the whole day.

I trust the nature made brand because I've used other products from then and they all seem to be high quality. The packaging is easy to open-a minor thing for some but sometimes it's hard for me to open pill bottles, and it looks nice in my medicine cabinet.

I'm usually ready for a nap by late evening but now I can make it till after my kids bedtime before I start to feel ready to wind dohwn myself!
