In our home Neosporin is a household name and has been for over 50 years. Sure there are many generic brands but when someone sends you to the store for antibiotic cream they don't say go buy first aid antibiotic cream they say pick up some Neosporin. This Neosporin is a dual action cream meaning it has a pain reliever plus the first aid cream that we have come to trust.
