I ate this recently and was surprised how good it was and it kept me satisfied until lunchtime. I will definitely be getting it again in the future!

He's 3 and special needs and I have a hard time getting him to eat anything healthy because he hates certain textures. Anyway I ate a cup of this with him and it wasn't bad at all. I've tried boost before because I've had health issues and I've had a relative with heath problems that used it too. It really tastes pretty good, Of course not what you would think regular pudding tastes like, it does have a little vitamin taste but not bad and I've actually always liked the taste. My son actually loved it and ate most of it. I absolutely plan to buy more and I would reccomend it to anyone that needs this type of thing and likes the taste of boost.

The reality is it tastes decent but not better than other pudding I have had in the past. It is a good option for those on liquid or close to liquid diets who need extra vitamins and minerals. I personally prefer the drink version of boost because it tastes better and is easier to drink on the go without needing a utensil such as a spoon.

This one is not for me! The chocolate taste is not good. I threw the container out. I do not medically require boost but really thought it was going to be a good meal replacement choice but no!
