Great product. I've used it for years. Very light and does not weigh down the skin. I have a cystic acne condition and this product in no way irritates my skin or clogs my pores. I definitely recommend this product. So the million $ question is ... "What happened to the Day Cream equivalent???"

I love, love, love this moisturizer. It is hands down the best product I've ever used on my face. It causes no irritation and makes my face feel so, so soft and hydrated. It's been a staple in my house for so long that my youngest daughter also started using it a couple of years ago and she fell in love with it as well. We have tried other moisturizers and always come back to this tried and true product. I have always worried that it would be discontinued and replaced with some new miracle formula and just the other day found it is no longer available at the last retail store I have been purchasing it from. That is what led me to this website and this review. Hopefully I can count on Neutrogena to keep this great product available to purchase on their website.

I used this for about a week. But I could see how it was working on my skin the 1st morning. I put it on at night before bed on clean skin. By morning my pores looked like huge holes in my face. My face felt and looked super dry. And I have an oily t-zone.I tried it for about a week. Its going back. I will be returninf this. The only reason I gave two stars is for the value. It is a good size jar. And for the feeling on my face. My face and neck felt so soft. But looked aweful.

The reason why I wrote this headline is because I used to use Clinique's anti-gravity cream and that got d/c. Then I tried something organic from Avalon and I was happy until they "improved" their formula and my face certainly did not think that was an "improvement." So after a long search for a new night cream I finally got tired of all these different creams, one for fine lines, one for blotches, one for lifting and firming, one for sensitve skin oh well you get the picture. Some of them would work but not hydrate or the other way around. I decided to just focus on a cream that would thoroughly moisturize my skin, not have thousands of ingredients in them, not be too expensive and hopefully make my skin look more soft. Well I found it! Neutrogena Ageless Essentials Continuous Hydration. It is indeed a wonderful cream that does not make me break out and feels like it really moisturizes underneath my skin. It smells fine, is easy to apply, lasts a long time and my face is looking younger, soft, replenished and totally revived. I just hope that this will become part of the Neutrogena family as I do not wish to go on another crusade searching for the right night cream. My face does not like all this experimenting either. IMO Neutrogena does not offer too much for more mature skin like mine. Their Rapid retinol line is great but it dried out my skin severely so that option is gone. I hope I can gracefully age with this wonderful hydrating night cream. Im 45.

I have been using this cream for about a week. I bought it thinking it would be like all creams. I kept the receipt and box just in case I needed to return it. I think my skin is less wrinkled and it feels so soft. I use it day and night. The jar is a very nice size and will last a good while. The jar is not one of those that is deseiving. I have had creams that the jar looks bigger or contains more than it does. This product is not like that. I think it has some lighten effects, not sure, my skin looks brighter perhaps. I am happy with this product.
