New Balance Women's 577 V1 Lace-up Walking Shoe 8 Wide White

Returned - width was too tight (and I've been wearing NB for years). I suspect there's been a manufacturing change.

So far so good, comfortable than the first one in leather, I tried. Received in torn up box. I'm pretty sure this was pre owned and returned.

I am disappointed with the shoes and have only worn them a couple of times. I am 87 yrs old and walk about a mile everyday with my dog. My right foot has a small bunion area on the right side which becomes irritated when wearing a shoe that is tight on the sides. That area became sore both times I wore the shoes for just a short time. I tried loosening the laces all the way down but that did not help. This is why I ordered a wide 2E size. It works with other shoes but not these. If I could exchange them for a larger width pair, I would do so, but I guessed that you would not accommodate me having worn them on two occasions. Your shoes were touted as being the best walking shoe on the market on google, but they have not proven to be that with me.

577v1 has a much stiffer construct than I thought it would. With Metatarsal neuropathy and arthritis it may be too structured. Feet are sore after my walk.

Very comfortable and I love the style. My feet don't hurt after long shifts at work, being on my feet all day. The only small complaint I have is that they stretch out a lot very quickly so they don't look very good after that…
