2DS plays the 3DS games and is much cheaper than a 3DS. Definitely worth it, just would have liked to have a choice in color.

My kids love this system. It's easy to hold and it's very sturdy. I have two four-year-olds and we thought this was a much better option than getting them a 3ds which has hinges. It's easy to set up and i love that it will play all our ds games.

I thought the 2ds Was a great choice cause there is no 3d feature which is a killer on the eyes anyway and its a solid tablet style design, as opposed to the clam shell hinge on the regular 3ds.

I purchased the Nintendo 2DS for my 7 yr old son for Christmas. He loves it! I even enjoy it. I really like the camera. The merge option is fun. I merged a pic of my face on my dad's head. It was hilarious! Also, I greatly appreciate the parental controls. I highly recommend this game system for children of all ages, even adults.
