Walmart should not be selling this item. Shredder jammed up even with just one or two sheets. Played out upon using it for the second time. Followed manual for cool down and then trying again, but nothing worked. Could get no response from the phone number given in the manual after several attempts during business hours. They have no website; basically they don't want to be accountable.

I needed a shredder and I thought 14.97 was a good price. Well you get what you pay for. It show that it will work on credit cards after 1 it broke this thing is junk next time I will go get a better name and not buy from walmart.

Awful shredder. Worse than the one I was replacing. It would jam EVERY TIME I went to use it! I don't have time or patience for that! Returning it!
