onn. 37" 2.0 Channel Sound Bar

This soundbar is HORRIBLE!! It sounds great at first but the rear speakers begin to Crackle nonstop and has a horrble feedback. The optical cable does not fit in the back of the soundbar. And now the HDMI is not working with any of my TVs. The audio still works with Bluetooth but that does me no justice if I cant use it while watching movies.

piece of crap. remote did not work. o bought new batteries and still does not work. customer service was a waste of time. i have to use it manually. amd it still takes a while to get it too work and the soundbar squeals. i bought a warranty but accidently thew the receipt. i spent a little over 40 but i dont even use it. i had to buy another soundbar from Amazon. i am really upset about this. i wish i had saved the box for it. i just really wanted a new remote.

I bought this soundbar at the local WalMart on January 9, 2019. It's on an extra tv, so it passed the initial trial...didn't use if for a month or so. Tonight, March 31, 2019, I used it extensively to watch a movie..it seemed ok for about the first hour, then I noticed it cut out for a minute, then came back on for a few seconds, and the cycle continued again and again. The unit near the control panel was hot to the touch. I figured there was a safety feature involved in turning it off, and once it cooled a little, turned it back on, the cycle repeating again and again. The hookup is via optical cable to a only slightly older 47 inch flatscreen. Unfortunately, I threw out the receipt from Walmart, so I figured they would not take it back. When it worked, it sounded fair, for the price. Can you help me?

it's a ok sound bar but mine didn't come with a remote control like it said it comes with called the store I got it at they said I have to call the company still waiting for a call back don't think I'll get one it's been a week now anyway the sound bar is ok wish it was loader and had a remote control until I get a new sound bar I guess I'll get my fat butt up and work it by hand

Absolutely love this sound bar! Did not get it on black Friday, so I paid the $48 for it but am seriously so impressed! It's super loud!! I barely have my TV volume on and it works amazing. I read the box beforehand, so I wasn't surprised that I needed to buy the optical cord. The only negative was that the remote didn't work. Plan on getting a new battery for it, but definitely not a deal breaker. Awesome product and can't believe it's less than $50 bucks. Get it!!
