it is adequate. i would have preferred it in black since the white plastic reflects the light and is distracting. the fans work well but they are louder than expected.

I was disappointed with this fan. It looks great, but mine had the outside sticker somehow come off in the box and wind up inside the fan blade area. Every once in a while, it gets moved around and the blades catch it. My only other complaint is that it has an outside edge designed to sit in the window track. It is slightly too wide to fit in the tracks. I wedge it in, but it can sometimes fall out of the window as it vibrates. It seems like this is something that they should have checked before manufacturing this unit. Oh well. I bought it and use it. I'm not going to take it back. Just know that it might not fit in your window tracks unless they are very wide.

There is no switch that changes the direction of airflow. You have to physically remove it and turn it around. Otherwise it is a nicely operated window fan.

fan can move a decent volume of air at high speed for its size. very cheaply made for the price once I put it in the window the high speed setting rattled so much I can't take the noise
