They taste great on their own or inside a breakfast burrito. The cooking instructions are very simple and I recommend using avocado oil for less smoking. The packaging is not cheap feeling, and it stands out on the shelf with the signature red color. These are a great value for the quality, and one additional bonus is that these are low sodium, with only 25mg of sodium per serving! I add a bit of sea salt and cracked pepper to taste.

I fried one up into a patty and put it on my egg sandwich and it was amazing. Easily cooked up nice and crispy, just how I like them and the taste is great.
