This charger really charges your phone quickly. It is reliable.

It stopped working after a few uses. I have used in past so not sure if it was defective or not but not happy.

I bought the wrong charger for the phone. (It was a Christmas present for someone so I didnt know that it wasn't the correct one right away.) When I tried to look up how to return it online the url listed on the packing slip for returns didn't work. So I went through their website. My order number didn't work on their form when I tried to look it up, even though I copied it directly from the packing slip. So I called by phone but I was 23rd in line. I tried later via the chat box but after 10 minutes past the estimated wait time I was unable to sit and wait any longer. And even though I had to enter my name, phone number and order number to get that far I didn't get any call or contact from customer service. And now I am sure my 30 day window is up and I have nothing but a useless charger and a poor return experience.

A game changer for my life. I use my OPhone to listen to the App Brainwaves during my sleep. It helps me stay asleep and even get back to sleep if I wake up but it uses power during the night. Plus if I use my wireless earbuds they wear out after 3-5 hours and that wakes me up. So I charge my phone before bed and after I wake up with this fast charger and in a very short amount of time it's ready with an all-day charge. If I forget to charge at night or in the morning it typically has enough charge so I'm not sitting with a dead phone. Truly amazing.
