Great formula my issue isn't that, it's the “not available” when it's paid for and you're about ready to go pick it up. These shortages are is what leads parents to hoard. Parents fearful there won't be formula for their baby's so they panic and grab whatever they can find

I previously had my baby on enfamil gentlemen. so I thought this would be the equivalent as the ingredients are the same. it's not the same. the powder is more yellow and after each feeding my 6 week old would literally be screaming in pain for hours and her belly was super bloated. She was also barely pooping. qas jusy very fussy and gassy. Put her back on gentlease and she's happier. I did that immediately And the 1st bottle I gave her she sucked it down like she was starving. I am pretty disappointed it didn't work for us because it is cheaper but not worth my baby being uncomfortable.

I decided to give it a try because the Enfamil gentlease My daughter has been drinking is quite expensive. The parents choice powder looks different- it has a yellow color, and is not as fine (it kinda looks like grated Parmesan). My daughter drank it without any fuss so either she isn't picky or the taste is ok. It does stink though, I can definitely smell a metallic smell, most likely from the iron (which enfamil also has but doesn't smell as strong). I have a small amount of anxiety over going cheap with my babies nutrition but I also know formula is regulated so it wouldn't be sold if it wasnt adequate.

Our baby wasn't doing well on simlac, as it was making him spit up more. I tired the gentle version of parents to choice and he has been fine since. The ingredients are nearly identical to all the major brands. My doctoresume told me it was the same so why not save money?

This formula agrees with my baby grandson's belly..... and is 1/2 the price of comparable formula at the drug store.
