Cannot get this to connect to my Wii, tried several times and with brand new batteries.
I BOUGHT THIS FRI JAN 29 AND CAN NOT GET IT WORK...WON;T CONNECT AT ALL...ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT...AND THERE'S NEW BATTERIES IN IT...HATE TO RETURN IT
It would not sync with the Wii U and the customer service at PDP was horrible. No one answers the phone. A message tells you to just call back at another time, but there is no time when someone answers. There is a chat option on the support website, but it is never available. My trouble ticket was address after a couple of days and I was told there is no fix for the device. I must send it to them for a replacement which takes several weeks.
Bought this for my 5yr old son so we could play games together on his wii and so far it works perfectly
Bought 2 today and neither would stnc. Taking them back to the store.
