Why is a 8 year old playing with a 2 year old toy also I bought it and it fell apart easy

Super cute!!! Love the Peppa Pig colors! Perfect for my 3 year old granddaughter. She loves it and plays with it all the time. Easy to put together. So light it can travel from their house to mine. The accessories are adorable, especially the chef's hat and oven mitt! Special effect sounds are an added plus. LOVE IT!!

Bought for my 3 year old who loves Peppa Pig. Setup was very easy. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to get the tea kettle to whistle and pan to sizzle. It is operated by the left knob. The water faucet, middle knob (Peppa speaks), and right knob (ticks like an egg timer then ding!) worked good also. Requires 2 AA batteries that aren't included and uses a Phillips head to unscrew the battery compartment. The rest of it attaches by snapping into place. Curtains, hat, and oven mitt felt kind of cheap, they could've done a better job selecting materials. The little pan is pretty cool, it has a flipper that you operate with a finger. Although that too felt a little cheap, my little girl is strong so I foresee this might eventually break... but maybe I'm wrong. Don't let any of my negative points discourage you from buying this. I'm only giving my honest review of this toy. I would absolutely buy it again and if anything comes up I plan to update this review. It's kind of hard to find Peppa Pig toys so I hope this review is helpful to other parents.
