PetSafe SSSCAT Spray Pet Deterrent, Motion Activated Pet Proofing Repellent for Cats & Dogs

Works well, for a while. But it's an extremely poor value and poor quality. We bought 2, which both worked great for a couple weeks. Then they worked intermittently until after a total of 3 weeks one unit failed to work altogether. The one still works most of the time, but we found a much cheaper and more reliable solution. The cats don't care about the spray, it's the sound that scares them. The spray sounds like a cat hissing. So we found a $10 product that senses motion and instead plays a custom recorded sound. MUCH better, doesn't add co2 to your home and works reliably and no need for refills.

Works well, but cats are smart & sneak around it. One hates it & the other doesn't seem too bothered by it.

I hoped this would be the answer to keeping my cat off the counter but alas it was not to be. I've had two for about a month and it has only sprayed at him maybe twice. Even when I wave my had in front of it or walk by it it doesn't spray. The motion detection sensors aren't very good, my cat walks up to them and inspects them and nothing.

We've had issues with our cat scratching the couch, and knocking things over on the counter. We've tried a spray bottle of water, and also sprays directly on the couch to prevent her from scratching, and none of that really helped. After we were recommended to try this, we have not looked back! We have this on our counter, and one by the couch, and she has not jumped on the counter in a long time! We're still working on the scratching, but it has definitely lessened. I highly recommend this product! We have a couple, and we might pick up a third one eventually. I love that we can turn it on so she knows when we are sleeping, or when we are not home, we have the peace of mind knowing that this is automatic when she gets in the view of the sensor. She does not like the noise mostly.

Bought these to keep the dogs from fighting at the fence with the neighbors dog. Has been working pretty well. Just gotta keep the kids from running back m forth in front of them. Wish they had a bit of a smaller range, but they seem to be helping. A little expensive for just being a small cap n can though. Not gonna last long with the kids n dogs running in front of it. P.S. I zip tied them to the fence, so can't be knocked over.
