Philips Avent VARIABLE FLOW Nipple 2pk, SCF425/27

Thanks to Weespring parent panel I got to try this bottle and nipples. I wish I would have tried these sooner! But it came at a good time. I breast feed but the baby takes bottles at daycare. He was had a terrible time with gas but this bottle has helped so much! We just went up in flow rate and he's doing great! Thanks so much for making our new favorite bottles!

We have been using these bottles with the various nipples since birth. I have been a fan of most all the different flow nipples, but these variable ones worked great with twins who seem to have different preferences. I liked that I was able to do fast or slow depending on who I was feeding and that it's less clutter in the kitchen. The nipples don't collapse and frustrate the babies like other brands we have used. Babies seem happy and our girl who suffers from major reflux with other bottles handles this brand like a champ. We really appreciate WeeSpring Parent Panel for providing these for us to try. We have been very pleased!

I received these nipples for free from the Weespring Parent Panel. My 7 month old already uses Avent bottles but these nipple have extra features for colic/gas. My son took to the nipple well at first but then got angry so I turned the bottle to find a different flow rate. He really wasn't pleased with any of them. We don't typically use a anti-colic bottle so that may have been part of it. I can see how the variable flows would be helpful for a baby with more digestion problems. One of the biggest issues was that my son likes to hold his own bottle so each time he readjusted it was a different flow speed. I think this would be best for a younger baby with digestion issues. Overall we love the Avent products but this nipple wasn't the best match for us.

We received the Philips Avent Anti-colic baby bottle VARIABLE FLOW, 4pk as a part of the weeSpring Parent Panel and used them for my 4 month old. She is extremely picky and usually refuses bottles. We tried this bottle with the nipples provided and she actually took it! She seems to like a slower flow, but she did not fuss using these, and she would normally refuse any bottle. She was also not gassy after using this bottle with these nipples either, which is GREAT! I would have loved these with my son. I'm so glad we tried these because now her father can bond with her through feeding as well, and that's so important!

I've used the natural flow Avent bottles when my little one was born. So I was excited to have her try the anti-colic bottles with the variable flow nipples. I received the Avent bottles and nipples through the weespring parent panel in exchange for my opninon. At the time my little one uses them she was 4 months and starting to eat a lot more. I'm an exclusive pumper so I only used breast milk in the anti-colic bottles. She is not breast feed so we used the bottles and variable flow nipples at every feeding. Coming off of newborn nipples I started her off on the level 1 flow and she adjusted quick, gradually moving up to level 3 on the variable nipple by the end of the week. I loved how the speed could be changed without having to remove and replace the nipple to control the flow.
