Philips GoLite BLU Energy Therapeutic Light Box, Model HF3422/60

I was a bit skeptical about the light at first. But I noticed great results from the blue light right away. It definitely takes some getting used to but after using it a few days I am accustomed to the brightness and love the increased energy and alertness. I use the light almost everyday at work mid afternoon to help stay focused so I don't go into a mid afternoon slump. I would highly recommend this product.

I was chosen for a free sample of the energy light, and after a few weeks of use am now ready to leave a review. I personally did not notice a difference in my energy level. There are three different light settings (brightness) and the instructions offer different times of day to use the light for best results based on the type of person (morning/afternoon/evening/night owl) you are. I think given more time I could try different times and brightness levels. It's also hard to find the length of time needed when you're a mom of an active toddler and a four month old. So I was unable to use on a daily basis. Overall, I will keep using this product and look forward to trying it at different times of day and adjusting brightness levels.

I've heard about lights like these, but was skeptical. I was given this one in exchange for an honest review. I was surprised the first couple of days by how bright even the lowest setting was, but I quickly got used to it. I use it for about a half hour in the mornings when I first get to work. It is really hard to tell if I`m getting more energy and happiness by using it, but I see no ill-effects, and I`ll continue to use it through the winter for sure.

I received this energy light as a sample in exchange for my honest opinion. Overall I liked the light. It's compact size made it easy to store and travel with. It gave off plenty of light and I really liked the different levels of light to choose from. It took me a few days to get used to it and I would develop a small headache that went away quickly. I did feel more energized and could get through my day a little more easily. I would definitely recommend this light.

I received a free sample of Phillips goLTE BLU. I would like to say that I used this product for around 10 days during which the days were shortening during fall season so days were dull. I used to feel very dull and sleepy. Within a couple of days of using this product I felt more energized. Even for using just 20-30 minutes of a day in a week, u feel more rejuvenate, relaxed, de-stress and joyous, I felt better sleep patterns in a week. I don`t see any room for improvement in the product. I feel the product is just perfect especially for people suffering from winter blues, insomnia.
