Philips Norelco CareTouch Electic Razor with Aquatec, AT790/40

I've always been a "Blade Man" but my wife got me this electric razor for my birthday (Norelco AT815). Have to admit its fast, efficient and quit comfortable to use, shave is not as close as a blade but the trade off is the speed and less mess. Would highly recommend.

I have sensitive skin, that is why i went for a machine that could work wet. However the shave is not as close as advertised, and sometimes you need a high number of passes to shave hairs on "easy" areas. On more complicated areas, the results are not good, particularly around the neck. On the bright side, I do appreciate the battery life, since it takes me a while to shave with this unit, I have used it for long runs without the need for re-charge

Took a charge and did a good job. Then I tried to charge it and it would not charge up. I have used Norelco razors for over 40 years .This is the first I have had trouble with. The blades fit my old razor, so not a complete loss. You make a good dependable product, but this one did not hold up

Great razor for the price. Works well. Pulled some but hair was way too long. Be easier from now on. Much quicker and safer than blades. Plus, I do a better job with an electric razor. Like that you can use it wet or dry. Convenient. Be nice if it came with a nice travel case though.
