Blades were defective

These new blades cut worse than my 1 year old blades I was replacing. They barely cut and they pull a lot. Phillips Norelco has obviously changed their manufacturing processes to a much lower quality product. Don't waste your $$ on these!

Does not cut well. Seems to be a knock off .. Ordered a new set directly from Norelco, performs like new.

These are not the same replacements. They did not come in the same packaging, and when I opened the shipping package, the blades were simply in a plastic sleeve. (see photo) I placed them in like usual, but did notice that the plastic locking mechanism had trouble locking them in place. After it finally locked in place, as others have said, it began pulling my beard. This never happened with the normal blades. A total waist of money.

I ordered HQ56 Heads direct from Norelco for my Aqua razor and received replacement heads HQ8. If I could give them 6 stars, I would have. They were quiet, smooth and gentle and a great shave. I wish everyone who owned a Norelco shaver could have this experience. They're awesome!
