All I can say is I was speechless that a company would send damaged and missing parts . Missing 2 upright's and 1 little thing I have no idea what it is for.
Got two of these and when I took the packaging off to set them up one shelf is already cracked. It's useless.
This shelving is packed so poorly that it was delivered to the store in pieces. It was not even in a box, just had a piece of cardboard with two plastic straps. I will not order Plano products again until they can package it properly. Very disappointed this is an American company with such low standards!!!!
The shelves are great for organizing and space saver. The packaging was the worse I have ever seen, the shelves do not come in boxes. The shelves are simply wrapped in piece of cardboard with 2 strappings so the shelves are exposed. When they arrived they were damaged.
these were shipped with only a peice of card board around it from end to end, leaving the sides completly exposed. Not even pastic around it. There for every single shelf was busted.
