Fit for Life - Prenatal Yoga [DIGITAL VIDEO DISC]

I used this video once traditional yoga become uncomfortable (2nd and 3rd trimester). Plenty difficult, Easy to modify to make more difficult if need be. I really didn't embrace the third trimester variations until the last couple of weeks. I absolutely believe that yoga during pregnancy helped labor and delivery go so smoothly for me (effective pushing, easier to focus on breathing, drug-free delivery)

This is a great dvd because it is tailored to the stage of your pregnancy. Great work out. I used it throughout my pregnancy and I was in great shape.

When I was pregnant, my OB was extremely relaxed about everything I did but the only thing she told me not to do was any kind of tummy tightening. I was so nervous about that after, so I decided to do this prenatal yoga and just be careful with any tummy stuff. It is tough (depending on your fitness level of course, & I was at that point I'd say between beginner to intermediate) but made me feel so great after, relaxed as well as feeling like I did something great for me & my baby! I think yoga is great for any time in your life, and there's something to fit any fitness level and time in your life, and this prenatal yoga fit the bill for me! I do recommend it!

The video offers tons of strethig exercises, but could have been slightly more challenging pregnant or not....I appreciated how the different pregnancy levels were shown, but its a pretty long video is redundant. I am no yoga expert but this is very beginner..very very...but i will keep it and still use on occassion.

This is one of the only ways I can get my belly and growing body to relax. I HIGHLY recommend this product and it was the best price at Walmart.
