Profloss Water Flosser

I love this thing. Very simple. Probably not as good as a WaterPik, but suited my needs for a lot less. It doesn't pulse, but gives a steady stream of water directly from the faucet. So no additional machine is needed. You can adjust the severity from 1 to 4. There is no motor, so no electricity is needed either. Comes with 2 picks but states more are available for $1.99. My only concern is that it's just a light weight piece of plastic and a hose. Don't know about its longevity, but for under 20 bucks, I haven't lost a lot.

The Profloss Water Flosser water pressure is very strong. At first, I couldn't get the Profloss to fit my faucet. My faucet tip was screwed on so tight that I didn't realize that the tip could be removed. After removing the faucet tip, I couldn't get the Profloss to screw in. I removed both black rubber washers from the Profloss, wiggled it around the faucet and finally got it screwed on. Once I knew it fit, I put one of the black rubber washers back into the Profloss and screwed Profloss back on. What a perfect fit with no leaks! Snapping the Profloss in and out of the faucet is super fast and easy. I love the endless water and not having to keep filling up a water tank. Since this doesn't seem to have any moving parts or engine, I expect it to last longer than my old electric one did.

Best alternative to water pics that have to be plugged in or operate on battery and much cheaper. They have the same effectiveness as the more expensive ones.

The device is great in general. Where it attaches to the sink is not: there is a build-up of bacteria inside and around the faucet attachment. I do not recommend it for this reason. Everything else about it is fine.

Easy to install. The first time I used this I made a big mess. Once you get the hang of it you will love it. It leaves your mouth feeling like you just got a cleaning from the dentist.
