Very patchy
Was worried about other reviews saying it was dry and clumpy, but it's pretty good for a $4 eyeliner. Doesn't smudge too hard unless you're going at it either. I would say worth a shot if you were concerned before :)
Horrid. Its sooo clumpy when you try to apply. Save yourself the trouble.
was not what I expected. only stayed on my eyes for 2 hours.
brush arrives like its already been badly smashed into the tube, glitter is globby and doesnt line - this is terrible. splurge for the urban decay
