I have bought Puffs for years and years- what are you doing differently? They seem thinner and they stick together in the box and even the boxes seems smaller and cheaper. Thinking of trying a different brand. When people pay a decent price for a product, it is supposed to be superior to the other brands - seems like your company is changing the product in order to make more money - but forgetting that loyal customers know what it is supposed to feel like and will just walk away from a product after a while....I am sick of wondering if each box I open will seem like the "old" Puffs or the new ones - which are terrible. What is going on at P & G in your paper products?? New hires? Finance guys telling you to cut corners??!! Good grief.

The tissue count continues to shrink. At one time there were 244 tissues in a box, which is now down to 180. The price has not dropped, but I would not expect it to if there remained 244 in the box. How much smaller can you go until even you realize that this philosophy of decreasing the count is ridiculous? From a consumers point of view it would be better to increase the price as necessary and supply the same amount of tissues as you once had in the box. We use the same amount of tissues, but are now forced to purchase more boxes of the same product. Lesser tissues in a box does not equate to using less as a family. Save money on multi-color/design packaging and supply a sufficient tissue count for a family. Your multi-color/design boxes do not fit into most home decors so it is necessary to take the tissues from the box and place them into what the home owner wants to display. This product shrinkage must stop.

I absolutely HATE, HATE, HATE your tissue box designs anymore. If I didn't like your product, I think I would switch brands just for something that looked prettier in my house. Also, you have to use two tissues to blow your nose, they are getting so thin. I wish you would consider making your box designs not so modern. What happened with the plain colors or floral patterns?

Been meaning to write or call for a long time. Guess I have to write because you don't publish an 1-800#. What used to be a great value of 220 tissues in a box became a lesser value with 200 tissues in a box and then was further reduced to 180 tissues per box. Doesn't seem to me that the box size has chnged much and the price sure hasn't. Less product at same price does not equal customer satisfaction or retentionl You folks need to wake up. The consumer is not stupid.

I've bought only Puffs for at least 20 years--basic and the ones with aloe. I've watched a fairly rapid deterioration in quality and quantity over the past 4 years--first the tissues got smaller, then the boxes got smaller to match the tissues, then the exteriors got cheaper and less attractive, then the tissues got smaller again, the number of tissues in a box got much fewer and now I've had it--the exterior colors and designs have become absolutely ugly (and cheaper looking yet) and I won't have them in my house. I bought Kleenex brand recently just to have an attractive box. The tissue is thin, and now you need 2 of them to do the job that one did earlier. I'm looking for alternatives now. I'd be willing to pay more just to have quality and quantity again.
