I find that combining(stacking) 1/2 scoop of Pump Surge and 1/2 scoop of Nitro Surge Shred or the regular Nitro Surge to 16oz of cold water is very effective..., you will feel a moderate beta alanine tingle along with the endurance, strength and focus!!!
