Purex Powder Laundry Detergent, Mountain Breeze, 77 oz

This had been my choice of dry laundry soap for well over 10 years... probably over 15 but I can't find it anymore in stores. I will never use liquid soaps. They are a waste of money. I would make my own laundry powder first. The other thing I liked about it was that it did not irritate my sensitive skin like other powders do. I really hope it comes back in stores or I find somewhere to buy it online. I did the search to see where to buy but had zero results. :(

I've used liquid Purex Detergent longer than I can remember. I still prefer liquid to powder but I refuse to purchase products in plastic when there is an alternative. That said, the person who gave 1 star due to "No scoop", could use a million different existing items readily available & enjoy a great product at a great price . I'm giving ten stars for the genius who realized I don't need or want a lifetime supply of unnecessary plastic laundry scoops. And I will happily donate a scoop to the poor soul who lacked the resources to do their laundry because they couldn't figure out how to get the product out of the box.

Purchased yesterday and opened to find out there is no scoop... Smart idea Purex!

Why is there no scoop in the box? Very bad choice!!!

I always used a different more expensive brand thinking that it would work better than Purex, Well I decided one day to just try at least one time since I had recieved a free sample in the mail. I was pleasantly surprized! I washed some of my daughters work out clothes which get not only dirty but quite stinky. Well when I took them out of the wash they not only smelled great they were spot and dirt free! I will never buy anything else and save money to boot!
