While I was craving chocolate and caramel, the Gooey Caramel Bites didn't quite hit the spot. The flavor is just okay, but "gooey" they're not. That said, there is value in the fact that they provide 5g of protein and only 1 carb in each bite. For someone watching they're weight on a high protein low carb food plan, this item give my sweet tooth some satisfaction.
Better than candy. High protein snacks are always welcome as long as they fit into your total macronutrient (carbs) and caloric intake goals. These taste just like a chocolate turtle treat, but with healthy nutrients.
This is always good. My nacho chips were all Broken so far in each bag. I have ordered those before this was the first time that's ever happened. They were still tasty but very broken up. The chocolate is always perfect. Gooey bars and the mini on cups and the Coconut cluster bars. Also great for a late night snack!! Tasty and satisfying
I reluctantly accepted these as a substitute to the peanut butter cups. It's weird how these have less protein and yet taste worse. Taste more like 80% cacao combined with nuts. There's no sweet peanut butter and chocolate taste (not even close) to the peanut butter cups. I'm not against bitter, I have very low sugar green smoothies often and find bland treats just fine. But it's off putting when you think you're going to get a chocolate peanut butter snack and it ends up talking like chocolate peanut butter flavored cardboard.
Oh my word, How are these sweets "good for me"?! Seriously, these candies are amazingly delicious. Unlike some protein bars these cookies don't suffer from any texture or consistency "issues". These are perfect! They taste exactly like you'd want a small bite from a candy bar would but won't bust your macros. Seriously, these are amazing treats on the keto diet when you just need that little bit of a cheat. Amazing cookies. Well done Quest!
