I love these iron tabs! They digest and absorb easily, plus they are less than half the size of the iron tabs I've taken in the past. They are very easy to swallow. I'm sad they are out of stock everywhere. Hopefully they'll be back soon. I am down to my last few tabs.

My iron levels were down to 8 and within 2-3 weeks they were up to 14. My doctor says stay on, they are getting the job done. Very easy on the stomach and not hard to swallow.

I give whole blood every two months and need to take an iron supplement. I tried many other brands and forms. This is the only one I found that does not upset my stomach. It is smaller than my calcium supplement and my multi-vitamin, all from Rainbow Light. My doctor said this is a very reputable vitamin brand. I agree!
