I think it works but I'm not sure. Not sure on how to tell if it does. It doesn't make me feel any worse so I guess it's a good sign.
Love the brand but have noticed absolutely nothing either this vitamin and other supplements made by them lately!
Before my current multivitamin, I used to take this one everyday. It's a great vitamin with a bunch of beneficial nutrients.
I love these multivitamins. There's no gelatin in them, and they give me my daily dose of vitamins with just one pill. How awesome is that?
Great once a day vitamins. The pills aren't too big, and I can take them on an empty stomach without feeling nauseous.
