I must say I am very disappointed with my xr1370. After using a blade most of my life I thought I would try an electric. After looking at many different makes and features I decided to buy this one. It was more money than I hoped to spend, but as they say you get what you pay for. I have used this razor for the past 2 years about 3 times per week and it has given a good shave until just recently. It now growls every time it is used the blades spin slow and it smells like it is going to burn up. I thought if I bought a good quality razor it would last longer, however I find this not to be the case. For the price I paid I would have a lot of change left from buying blades.

I have used Norelco Tripple header razors for more than half a century. I have loved them, and was a bit perturbed when my wife gave me a Remmington triple header, as I felt like nothing could compare. However, I have enjoyed it every bit as much as the Norelco, and paid less for it, and for the replacement parts when needed. I am glad my wife was wiser than I was.
