After taking this product for a month I didn't notice a difference in my gut health and bowl movements. Most probiotics that I have taken in the past help regulate me throughout the days and help with any digestive issues I am experiencing. I didn't get any of those reliefs from this probiotic.

The single pill packaging is certainly more wasteful (hurt my little eco heart), but I found myself far, far more compliant (happy balanced tummy).
