Such a great starter kit. Arrived perfect! Panels are doing great, actually pulled 415 watts on my rv yesterday with the panels angled at the correct degree to the south. Charge controller is awesome and all wires and hookups work great. Two things to note: the charge controller on the app will read out what the controller is converting at that moment for your batteries current needs. Can be confusing to think you're only getting 2 amps when you have 79 volts and 200-300 watts - but it's likely because your batteries are charged and it's just sending all that is needed. Second, if you have a 5th wheel or longer trailer, the PV wires from the panels to the controller WILL NOT be long enough. I order 40ft and it was perfect. Prob about 6-8 ft left over. Wish that was an optional upgrade at checkout.
I like it, it works better than I even hoped that it would.
1 star less because cables are not long enough if you cannot locate them very close to each other. other wise 5 stars! thank you very much. jc.
Easy! One suggestion: 20-24' long controller to batteries cables? We bought 16' and spliced provided 8' to get it done. Awesome products.
Quality construction. Have not hooked it up yet. Still determining how to integrate into my RVs power system.
