Great product that was easy to buy at a decent price.
The bike hook clips onto the track cover, but not the track itself. Hence, the hook "unhooks" easily at the slightest nudge of bike. All comes crashing down - unfortunately, crashed down to hood of my car and dinged it. Does not do what it says it will do.
It does what it's supposed to. I don't understand all the hate on the new version where the front wheel touches the wall - the rear wheel always touches the wall with the old version, so what's the difference?
These were installed in my building's bike room but the protective sleeve has broken in less than a year's use. What's worse is the fact that I can't find any easy way to replace them.
Installed in my garage for convenience in storing my son's bike and mine on each side without disrupting parking my SUV. The seller should include fastener in the package, so that consumer don't have to find them.
