After the first order was cancelled- the second order was processed and the unit is perfect.The customer service rep was awesome in resolving the order issue Well made and very sturdy

Ordered four of these, they are heavy enough to withstand daily use in a busy office. One unit arrived damaged, I put in for a return which arrived in two days.

I bought this to replace a plastic rack I had that was breaking. It is exactly what I was looking for. It comes as 1 piece & is made of metal. It holds everything my other one did, but now I don't have to worry about it breaking & folders going everywhere.

I like everything about it except I think the bottom 2 bins need a back so you don't have to worry about papers falling out the back.

I am so pleased with this desk organizer... it leaves room on my desk and organizes my folders so they are easy to find. I would recommend to anyone who wants to recapture their desktop!
