We have been using it for approximately a year and we are very happy with it. Its build "quality" is very good. If this is what you are looking for, we recommend it.

2 faulty units ! Water dispenser and the speaker! ( Btw this is review continuing from another model) wouldn't recommend in any situation! And I was using Samsung for 27 years . They lower the quality to the bottom.pics are take within 1 hour of installation. ( done by Samsung crew)

I liked the design with all the features with SmartThings App. It seems very convenient when running groceries to see what needs to buy. But I am not impressed with Samsung after sales service. I am very disappointed. I had big scratch on the surface panel first time. And second replacement is even worse with scratch. More obviously seeing the scratch. It is too much hassles to get the third replacements to waste time for delivery. I will keep update on how the refrigerator works later.

I love seeing what's in my refrigerator and how long it's been there. Being able to jam to my favorite music when I'm in the kitchen, I just asked Alexa or Bixby to play my favorite song I get to listen soon Teddy Simms, Maxwell and my favorite Bruno Mars. Anytime.
