[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this 43" Samsung Smart Monitor a few weeks ago and honestly, it's a game changer. The screen is huge and is way better for juggling multiple windows when I'm working from home. The colors pop really nicely when I'm watching Netflix and gaming. I didn't expect to use the smart TV features. It's nice to just be able to fire up YouTube without having to connect my laptop. The speakers are actually decent too, which surprised me since most monitor speakers are trash. Setup was pretty painless, and it took maybe 20 minutes to get everything configured. It's been solid for both work stuff during the day and gaming and movies in the evenings. The whole thing looks clean on my desk and doesn't feel cheap or flimsy like some of the other monitors that I have looked at.

A higher refresh rate, such as 120Hz or 144Hz, would significantly improve the user experience for both work and play. Ergonomic stand: The included stand on many models only offers tilt adjustment. A more advanced, height-adjustable stand with swivel and pivot functionality would offer more ergonomic flexibility and comfort. Better HDR performance: While the monitor supports HDR10, its peak brightness is low, limiting the effectiveness of HDR content. A higher peak brightness and more advanced local dimming would provide a more vivid, impactful HDR experience. More accurate colors: Although the monitor has good color reproduction for general use, it is not ideal for professional content creation due to less-than-perfect color accuracy and gamut coverage. Upgrading the panel technology or improving factory calibration would benefit creativity. Improved speaker quality: The built-in speakers are decent for casual use but are often muffled. Higher quality audio hardware would offer a more immersive experience for entertainment. Dedicated DisplayPort: Adding a DisplayPort input would provide another option for high-resolution, high-refresh-rate connections, which many modern PC setups utilize.
