The screen looks beautiful. The remote and interface lag are bad enough to remove two stars. The battery cover on the remote was loose from day 1. It's a miracle we haven't lost it yet. We have app crashes from time to time, but the annoying thing is when an app stays in a crashed state until you have to delete and reinstall the app.
I feel like they just dont know how to make things "user friendly". They've switched the settings around so much it's hard to find anything, such as adding apps to your home screen. I downloaded an app to stream anime and the app is nowhere to be found. Instead of showing it recently or at least a prompt asking to place it on the home screen, you have to go look for it in the apps tab and scroll almost to the bottom to find it. Extremely irritating if you ask me. The interface can be both infuriating and frustrating. Opening the settings brings out a few buttons that constantly changes based on your usage. Most of the time it recommends something that's not even remotely close to my usage. The TV has quickly showed its age with it only being two years old now. I will not be purchasing another. The only good thing is that my Samsung and TV are compatible.
Own 75 and 70” tv this model, great tv and value, quick purchase and delivery.
I honestly cannot rate the item as I have not received it yet and have no idea when I will because your website is sooooooo bad just says it was shipped - now delayed. I'm sure item will meet my expectations IF I ever receive it from you.
from the first week that I got it, I have had to reboot the tv a few times because it was not connecting to my wireless internet that is about 5 feet away. I would ne watching TV one day all day and when I turn ot on tje ahaon the next day, the tv's internet signal was lost. i would have to reboot the TV back to factory settings. The ESPN app keeps freezing, but the other apps work with no issues. I have to watch it using our streaming device.
