Well, this is fun. Apparently Walmart and their magical mystery shipping company have cracked the code on invisible delivery. I ordered two phones that according to them were lovingly handed to me, signed for, and delivered right to my door. Fascinating, considering I was literally sitting at home, watching absolutely no one show up. But sure, maybe I blacked out, telepathically accepted the package, and forgot. Or maybe the neighborhood squirrel union pulled off the most sophisticated phone heist in history. Could've been an eagle too those guys look shady. Even better, Walmart can't provide a single piece of evidence. No photo, no signature, no carrier info… nothing. But somehow it's still my problem, and I'm told there will be no refund. Incredible customer service. Truly groundbreaking stuff. If you're looking to buy something and then never see it, Walmart's your place

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Samsung Galaxy A17 5g phone a month ago and functionality wise it packs a lot under the hood. The performance can be improved witha little more memory however overall it is a fantastic phone if you are on a budget.

CHARGING battery works very slow; one hour, 33%, It took 15-20 seconds to turn ON. SOMETIMES THE SPACE BAR NOT WORKING. HAVE TO GO BACK AND PRESS SPACE BAR ON EACH WORD. WANT TO RETURN THIS AND HOPEFULLY GET FULL REFUND OR REPLACE WITH MOTOROLA 5G. I WAS WORKING FOR EARLY VOTING, SO DURING THOSE 2 WEEKS I WAS SO BUSY TO try it. I ORDERED THE OTHER SAMSUNG AT THE SAME TIME FROM WALMART, OTHER SELLER? A LITTLE UPGRADE, SAME THINGS HAPPENED, THAT WAS RETURNED . I HOPE THE SELLER WILLING TO WORKS THIS OUT.

Being a late bloomer and never having a cell phone before I really don't have anything to compare it to . I do however find it easy to use and am still learning what all the symbols mean and how to use them. Getting a new device with no literature on its many uses is a challenge.
