Started losing pixels after a short time of use. Samsung did nothing about it. Waste of time and money

OK projector for a while with very lacking features. Support doesn't really know how to do anything with it. Have set two appts for support over the built in online within the projector. Never called me. After a couple of years water like spots growing daily in the upper right corner of screen. Fingernail clip looking artifacts that appear and disappear. I'd expect this from 90's Samsung, but not Samsung of today. Ordered a JVC "again" last night. Am disappoint...

It's like , it was made for soccer tennis and the Olympics. Thank you
