Whether it was having to use the bathroom after every meal,or now, and not being regular.This is definitely something I will be keeping in my house, from now on.I have been taking this every night before bedtime and I feel so much lighter and all around happier. This is something that I will definitely take to make sure that my bowels are regular. I think that is such an important thing and we don't realize that we carry so much extra weight around in our bodies. And then having the problem of not being able to get it out normally, having something like this is definitely a huge WIN. I don't have the sharp aches and pains that sometimes comes with meds like this. I use the bathroom regular and I'm forever thankful.

There is no special taste. In fact, there is none. Slight discomfort when going to the restroom the first time, but that's all.
