Works fine, and seems sturdy. Two things I would change. Number one, the bottom "jaw" of the clip is very hard to slide papers over, because it sits up off of the board a significant amount. Number two, to open the clip, the top jaw has a pivoting arm you press down on, so every time it slides around my truck and closes the arm, I have to slide it back out to open the clip.

looks nice but a bit flimsy. Won't hold up well. Using in a semi truck where everything get bounced around a bit and just don't see this holding up well over the long haul. For now it serves the purpose

This is useful when carrying a collection of various papers that need to be stored in a safe place while using the top part as a clip board for writing.
