They aren't too salty and my kids really like the taste. I feel much better about this as a snack than most of the options available to kids.

These individual packs are the perfect size for a snack on the go. I like that this pack came with both flavors.

You can have the perfect amount for such low calories! They're super crunchy. It was nice it had sea salt for the salty and cinnamon for sweet!
