There is not an unbleached paper towel out there that is also select a size! It's wasteful to use these large sheets, even if they are unbleached. Seventh generation, you've got a market if you can come up with an unbleached select a size paper towel - no other company has done it yet and it's clearly needed!

I can't believe how impossible it is to find paper towels wrapped in paper instead of plastic! Whether you are using a % of post-consumer recycled plastic - plastic is plastic! It's harmful to produce, harmful to recycle, harmful to have in our homes, and harmful to dispose of it in the Earth. The limited amount of grocery stores that did offer plastic bag “recycling” have done away with it. And China isn't taking our trash/recycling anymore (we share the same planet so that wasn't a solution anyway). There are many options out there for creating compostable plant-based “plastics” now and your company has the money to invest in improving these options and blazing a new trail. Nobody needs paper towels in a pack to be individually wrapped in more plastic. And modern, busy folks aren't going to save their plastic wrappings to deliver them to a recycling center. People aren't going to do away with our modern conveniences - companies need to step up their packing and find more eco-friendly solutions to reduce the single-use plastics that are destroying the planet. C'mon 7th Generation ... you can do way better.. time to evolve!

I love the idea of this product but am curious why each roll is individually wrapped in plastic. It feels like I am contributing to waste as I try to be ecofriendly. Feeling like a hypocrit. Is there a reason behind wrapping each roll instead of selling as a six pack?

I came on this site to put in my feedback about the paper towels (and to make sure my favorite lavender dish liquid is still available because my local store doesn't seem to have in stock) as I went to put in my review, I see others are saying the same thing. These things have gotten really thin and flimsy! I thought maybe the last roll I purchase was just a dud, but just got another and same thing. can't even tear off at the perforations, it just rips wherever. I hope you may change back to the stronger towels that they used to be. I've used them for years. I'll give it one more try.
