Doesn't actually get my clothes/linens clean. Clothes and bedding smell as if I didn't even wash them.

The measurement is incorrect. A firm squeeze while holding bottle completely upside down yields approximately 20ml, not 10ml as stated on the label. According to the bottle, this is a heavy load and not a medium load. The bottle then contains only 34 squeezes, not 66. We measured this multiple times with different bottles and different squeezers. We really enjoyed the original bottle in the paper container, but had to switch to this when our store switched. It is NOT mess free. We had a lot less mess and drips with the paper bottle. Product runs down the side and leaves a ring on the counter. We are unsure about performance since we realized the measurements were nearly 50% wrong. We really appreciate the companies efforts to create less waste, but this is misleading the public.

This used to be great, but something has been changed with the caps and now dispensing it has become a frustrating mess. It just spills everywhere. Really disappointed, they were fine before.

I've been using the larger and less concentrated version of the easy dose unscented ( free and clear) that does not contain propylene glycol. Thought the ingredients would be consistent between the less concentrated liquid version and this one. Well, anyone with a lot of skin type allergies this ultra concentrated version should be avoided. Thought Seventh Generation would be consistent in their ingredients especially in a version that is marketed to contain less allergens. Propylene glycol is a top allergen in those that have delayed skin type of allergies. Won't be using this anymore. Nor would I recommend it to individuals that have any type of skin type of allergies. Was hoping for better things from your company

The self-measuring squeeze cap does not work, so I had to go online to find out the correct measurement. Will not buy again.
