I have had my Aquos for 2 1/2 years! It's been a solid 4 star phone! It does hang up easily...and occasionally freezes. But this happened after a year of use or so. My battery is now slowly dying...so I am going to have to buy a new phone. The sealed battery is not a great idea, IMO
